🌈October is pregnancy and infant loss awareness month and we share this month with the birthday of our baby Ellie whom we lost at just 20 weeks gestation on Halloween of 2018. We now have our rainbow baby (Hallie) and have a tradition of having a rainbow drop each October in memory of Ellie and all of the babies lost as well as a way to bring hope to the families of loss. Rainbows signify hope and as Christians we know that there IS hope with a God who keeps all of his promises and one of his promises is that he is always with us and for us and will carry us through the valleys and walk with us on the mountaintops. Weather you have never lost a baby, lost a baby, have your rainbow baby or are still waiting on your rainbow baby - we hope you find and feel the hope that only Jesus can give!
💐This year we have chose the non-profit organization EVERMORE BLOOMS ( https://www.evermoreblooms.org ) to donate a % of the profits from this drop to. I encourage you to follow them on Instagram and check out their webpage to see more about what they do! Essentially they send anonymous bouquets to mothers who have lost a baby before 20 weeks on the one year anniversary of their loss OR on what would have been their due date. Their philosophy is that anyone can come alongside and care for a mother who has experienced a pregnancy loss and by supporting their organization they do just that with flowers!
